Chopper the Chupacabra

This is an idea for a new cartoon series. It's about a character named Chopper the Chupacabra who is accused of blood-sucking CIA goats, and is captured by paranormal investigators.

Mike Hodgeson is an investigator who believes Chopper is guilty. Chopper eventually escapes to find out who framed him, and Mike remains in hot pursuit of him.

This is Chalke Miller. Mike's assistant. She believes Chopper is innocent and helps him escape. She is psychic (somewhat), and has great mind powers.

Daffy Duck fan dub

Yes, I have dreams that one day, I will become the new voice of Daffy Duck. And if that dream ever comes true, it will be a nightmare for everyone else. Watch at your own risk.
